



I won't lie, this lesson's point can be a bit tricky. But that's just because no one really takes the time to get to know them. They're actually really nice! And cool. And laid-back.

Casual form verb/い-adjectiveだけに

Noun/な-adjective(な・だった・である)だけに
Example:
→ この辺は大学が近いだけに、学生が多い。
"Since there's a university nearby, it makes sense that there are a lot of students.”
